sound nutritional and training advice that can be used to create a unique plan that
is right for you. Any part of it can be taken or left as the ropes are learned to
creating your own physique. Two individual courses are offered: Part 1: Nutrition
and Part 2: Training. Graduates have access to continued peer support via a
listserv that No Mercy participates in as well.

No Mercy provides the tools and knowledge needed and then assists participants as
they wish. Her name \"No Mercy\" was given to her by a training partner when she was
training for a bodybuilding competition and reflects her personal \"hard core\" style
of training. Not to worry, she does not force her style on participants, but rather
encourages them to develop their own style and even works with people who don\'t want
to incorporate exercise into their plan.

\"I like to eat, so I compensate with more intense workouts so I can eat more and
still have the physique I desire\" says No Mercy. \"I reached my goals by trial and
error. This took many years and much dedication. I read lots of books, surfed lots
of websites, talked to lots of other gym rats, and finally realized there was a lot
of faulty information out there. I could go to the gym on a busy evening and talk
about training techniques with my partner in between sets and have ten people,
self-proclaimed experts, tell me I was doing it all wrong. These were people that
just approached me, unwelcome, and put in their two cents worth. I used to listen
to them and got nowhere in my quest for my goals. I finally went down my own path,
ignoring these 'experts' and began to see results. Of course, this annoyed the
experts and I received more unwelcome advice. However I was achieving my goals and
that was all that mattered.\"

The Goal of The Art of Creating Your Physique is to educate participants about how
to reach their goals sensibly, provide sound nutritional principals without fad
diets or unreasonable exercise programs, provide the privacy of online courses with
daily access to instructors, and have continued online peer group support via a

experts looked exactly as they had the first time they gave me advice and I saw
shocking differences in my body as I accomplished my dreams. I still received the
unwelcome advice regardless, until one day when I man was telling me I was straining
my back too much on an exercise I had perfected to train the target muscle without
any lower back strain for my body type. I completely ignored him at first and when
he persisted, I moved beside him so we were facing the mirror together, examined the
reflections, and replied, "Judging by our two physiques, I think I'll stick with
what I'm doing because my goals are probably different than yours and my program

friendly, this well-meaning individual no longer offers unsolicited advice and I am
able to keep a positive focus on my training program. This where the well-meaning
'experts' at the gym go wrong. for THEY ASSUME YOUR GOALS ARE THE SAME AS THIERS.
The truth is you will not achieve YOUR goals by doing THEIR workout. If you want to
be lean and slender, doing a power lifters workout will not achieve your goals. You
need to create your own plan based on your own goals\" says No Mercy who, using the
techniques in The Art of Creating Your Physique Courses, achieved recognition as an
amateur competitive bodybuilder.
